Stop a migration migrating customers

Hi, during the migration process cloud to cloud, we've not wanted to migrate users, I'm happy to create them from scratch.

 

We get to the point of running the migration and it's trying to migrate customers.

 

There appears to be no option to stop this? We do not want or need to migrate customers.

Does anyone know how to avoid this?

In cloud to cloud migartion, Migrate only projects without users is possible but need to raise a support to atlassian team for the migration.

Please find the below Atlassian MIG ticket for this feature and added the solution to contact with atlassian team .

• Raise atlassian support ticket .
