Downloading Jira reports

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Generating Reports

Is it possible to download JIRA reports in CSV, xls, xlsx, txt or any other format that might help me to administrate those metrics within another tools?

 

In case of "NO", Is there any other reporting plugin that allows this fuctionality?

Yes, run a filter for the issues you are reporting on, then use one of the export options at the top.
