Hi
I am trying to create a filter for issues created date >= 5d.
JQL recognises the <= operator but not the greater than equals.
What can be used as an alternative in this case?
Hi Sabby, are you looking for issues that have been created within the last 5 days?
If so, try this: "created >= -5d"
This is saying go back 5 days from today and select anything where the created date is greater than that.
Hope that helps.
@Sabby.Kulshreshtha This is a great resource for the JQL functions you're looking for: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/jql-functions/

Hi @Sabby.Kulshreshtha ,
I have checked the JQL and it's right syntax
However, there's no result because of wrong logic.
Created >=5 Days means you are searching the issues in future :-D>= sign will use for dates in the finding of Due Dates, End Dates which you can define yourself.Created date is automatically added once the issue is created so whenever you have to search issues from created you have to go on past and have to use - sign like created >= -30d this query will fetch the issues which are created in last 30 days.
Hi Dan,
I am trying to get the issues created 5+ days back from today.
Hi Muhammad,
then the query will be ,created >=-5d and Created < -4d, It will only get those issues who were created 5 days ago.
