Okta Profiles - Mumo Systems

Anyone using the Okta Profiles app by Mumo Systems? 

 

I've run through their documented setup process and it appears to have pulled through all of our custom attributes from Okta. I can see a regular sync happening from the apps log, however, its only synced across a handful of users from Okta (along with their custom attribute values). 

 

Keen to know if anyone else has got this app working.

If you have not been successful in synchronizing data from Okta with Jira, I would like to recommend an alternative solution "Mindpro Sync - External Data from OKTA, Azure AD & Google" of which I am part of the team responsible.
