Invite a User to Confluence

Hello there,

we have some problems to invite each other to confluence. I m the admin and invited him. So there is no problem for him to work with jira after he joined in. Now when he would change to conluence he get an error "acces denied". I gave him all permissions I found on des admin System.

What could we do? What / Where is the mistake?

Thx in advance

David

Kindly verify if you have granted the user Application Access to other applications (like JIRA) as well: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Managing+application+access
