Working as administrator on multiple Jira projects

Question

I am working with three Jira projects as project administrator. I am having problem with stepping on other projects .

Example: I am develop queries and dashboard for project,

when I start work on project B the queries and Dashboard developed on project come in place, but I do not want any dashboard or query from project A in Project B, similarly in project C.

I would like to keep everything in there own set, should not be able to see everywhere. how can I set up and configure.

@Gopal Hans I understand the confusion, but you need to keep in mind Dashboards are user-based and not project-based. When you create a dashboard, you have every filter to which you have access from any project. If you want a dashboard for Project A, you can do that by only adding filters related to Project A. But the selection options will always contain all available filters.

Here is little more information in Project A I saved a simple query(JQL) for all Closed tasks/Issues I named it all ClosedQuery

In Project B I saved a query (JQL) all Bug type issues named BugIssues

when I tried to create Dashboard for project A, I am trying to add a gadget ( I am selecting Filter and favorite Filters ) In favorite it shows all queries from Project A and Project B, I expected only one query not two

@Gopal Hans as others mentioned your request is not very clear, so more information would be helpful.

However, you mention developing Dashboards. Dashboards are available at a user-level, so regardless of what project you most recently accessed or worked in, the dashboard will still be available. If I build a Dashboard for project A, and then go edit projects B-Z, I will still be able to go back to Dashboard A as if nothing changed, because Dashboard A is connected to my user.
