Is it possible to export a timeline from the Jira Work Management software as an embedded code so I can add it to a landing page that acts like a dashboard for my team?

This will work if the display is over a confluence pages. am also not sure, if the data should be displayed in real time / or on refresh on a standalone webpage etc.
