Hi all,
When I click View All Projects it allows me to sort on Lead and Key. I want to be able to sort on my favorites (starred) so I don't have to scroll through all of our projects. Any suggestions?

No, you cant filter projects based on your favorite's, the best you could do is create project category & assign it to all the projects that you want to filter.
