When Anonymous accesses Atlassian, I get an authentication screen and cannot watch the video.

Question

Thank you for your help.

When Anonymous accessed Atlassian to view the video from the Confluence page, an authentication screen appeared and the video could not be viewed.
Do you know what the cause is?

Thank you very much.
We also checked again, and there was no particular problem with the operation, so we think it was a temporary problem with the cookie or environment.
Please let us know if you experience similar problems again.

Hi @Natsuki Saito

Could have bene a cookie related issue as well.

Video plays without problems.
No macros or 3rd party apps are used.
-------
The following is what actually caused the trouble.
When I tried to open the Confluence page anonymously, I was asked for login credentials.
-------
I tried to check in the secret window, but it did not reproduce anything and now I can open the page without any problem.

I don't know the cause of this problem. Is this a temporary glitch?
