Is our team the only one today, who is experiencing very slow Jira performance?

It is slow for everyone in the team (mostly located in Lithuania) with different internet connections.
Atlassian team, please check. It was also performing poorly last week.
Every action, ticket opening is taking a lot of time - 5-90 seconds.
