"No access" notification

Question

Hi,

is it possible to change the message text of "No access" notification? I would like to change the "It seems that your account xxxx@xxxx.com doesn´t have access to the help center. Try contacting your admins to grant your permissions." as seen in the screenshot below.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Unfortunately you cannot edit or modify the message "No access". Since Atlassian manages the Jira cloud UI.
