Portal View

Lucas Silvera_qxld0l

Quería saber si se puede modificar la vista del cliente dentro del portal y también las columnas que se encuentran en la bandeja de solicitud.
En el caso de que no se puedan modificar, si saben de alguna extension que permita toda la modificacion del portal me serviria un monton

I wanted to know if you can modify the customer view within the portal and also the columns found in the request tray.
In the event that they cannot be modified, if you know of any extension that allows all modifications to the portal, it would help me a lot.

i want to modify all this view, for example I want to add a logo
vista portal .png

And I also want to modify the columns. And add more too
columnas portal 2.png

HI @Lucas Silvera ,

You can also have a look at the plugin my team has created: Advanced Portal Reports.

It will allow you to show any custom field on the Customer view in the portal and it also provides your customers (portal users) with a table report where they can see, search, filter and export all their Jira Service Management tickets, including many additional details (incl. SLAs, custom fields, etc.), with a very simple UI. If it sounds helpful you can try it free for 30 days.

Greetings,

Elitsa

Hi @Lucas Silvera ,

To make any changes on the portal you have to be an administrator. If you have this permission, you will see a Customize tab on the right. You will be able to change logo, colors or welcome text.

In case of request list, you will be able to define additional columns but the list of fields is so limited:

If you need more customization options, I recommend you to check the paid app: Refined for Jira Cloud.

I agreed with what @Kate Pawlak _Appsvio_ , Out the box the site admins can customize the portal layout via "Customize looks and feels". However for the request columns (fields), currently is limited to the fields that are available. See reference page - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/customize-the-columns-in-your-customers-requests-list/

You will need to look into third party paid add-on to give you the ability to add additional fields - example https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212161/extension-for-jira-service-management?tab=overview&hosting=cloud

Hope this helps.

Great, I'm going to look at those extensions!
I also want to ask you if you know if these extensions can be exported, for example, to Excel?

Joseph Chung Yin

@Lucas Silvera -

Export to Excel (via JQL search results) is already available out of the box. What are you referring to when you ask "extensions can be exported?

Please clarify. It is the best that you contact the vendor on the add-on capability question further.

Best, Joseph

I tell you what my needs are. I need to edit the portal view, in any section, I need to be able to add columns such as the expiration date of an incident and others, and I need to be able to export all my requests that I have made to an excel spreadsheet.

I am an administrator, I am going to edit the portal view with the extensions as well as adding columns. But exporting the incidents will be done by the client. And the client is not going to perform a jql search, I am going to add a button to the client that says "Export all requests"

So I ask you if any of these extensions allow you to add a button to export all requests
