Hi, I want to send emails with the ticket description using jira smart values, so that it is automatic, as well as its creation and expiration date, but additionally, I want to include the subtasks of those tickets and have them also include the same information.

Hello, I share what I want to do.
We manage a list of contracts with different customers, which are our main incidence. These same contracts contain scheduled services, which are the subtasks.
What I want to do is that every month an email arrives to the clients with their respective contracts, the status of the same and likewise, that they receive the services scheduled in their contract.

You can use Automation rules for sending the emails if you have Automation for Jira.
