Numbered List Style in Cloud

Question

Is it possible in Confluence Cloud to change the numbering style of numbered lists?

It looks like it defaults to

1.

a.

i.

Can we do this?

1.

or this?

1.

1.1

1.1.1

It's not quite what I'm looking for. That's for headers, I want it for numbered lists.
