let me follow up on Petr's comment - we've just launched the mentioned app!

It's called Azure Sync for Jira Assets and provides direct integration between Microsoft Azure and Jira Assets.

You can find and install the app directly from the Atlassian Marketplace here.

are you working with Jira Cloud or DC? We are building and app for an automatic import of Azure Ressources into Jira Asset Cloud. Would this be interesting for your case?
