how do i restrict someone not to change the labels in JIRA

Right now, we are using labels to filter out late and on time tasks. Now the labels can be changed by any user and i don't want that to happen, the admins should have the right to update the labels, please help

Using Colored Label Manager you can Manage your labels globally or per-project

If you want to restrict who can edit a field you will need an addon (Behaviour from Scriptrunner for example)
