Hello, we have a hosted Jira cloud instance on atlassian.net and it is not loading properly.
Is there any checks I can do to see where the issue lies (atlassian side, not browser troubleshooting etc).

Status.atlassian.com is where you can see if Atlassian are having problems on the Cloud hosting platform.
"It is not loading properly" is more likely to be a browser or network problem. What error messages are you getting when you try to connect?
