We're using Oauth to extract JIRA and confluence activity, but can't extract email addresses to tie the accountID activity back to the person (since the Oauth needs every individual to opt-in to exposing their email address).
Our JIRA is all internal access only, so we could ask each individual to do it, but that's painful...
Is there?:
- an easy way to opt-in to email share
- away to get the email address to accountID linkage via the Oauth connectors?
- another recommended method that's not manual (e.g. manual query and extract, adding an admin user and using REST APIs, JWT)?
- something else I haven't considered
