Release Versions not loading

Question

JIRA Cloud, Scrum set-up, Company Managed Project.

In a Product Backlog, when I click "Versions", I used to be able to see Release Versions then drag and drop backlog items over the Versions (which created the associations)

This has stopped working over the past few weeks and I can't figure out why. have approached IT team in my company but haven't been able to get to the bottom of it.

Actual Behaviour (screenshot below)

* Spinner spins for a few seconds then times out.

* I get an error displayed on the page

I have tried:

* Clearing history and cache

* Tried from different browser

* Asked someone else in the organization to try (works for them)

* Tried on a different project (same problem)

I found the problem. Board filter had "Fix version not in (X,Y)" to exclude release versions of a different team. Strangely, that restricted me to look at any versions. Should the other versions that were not excluded in the filter be displayed? Not sure.
