Panel macro - html colour not being applied

Hi All,

I am having issues applying a colour to a panel for reporting purposes. When i click on Edit 'Panel' Macro i can add the Border colour via html code. If i select Preview the colour is successfully applied. But once i select save and then select update the colour is not applied.

What could be causing this?
