How to clone and sync items across different projects

Hey, guys! I'm trying to clone and synchronize linked problems of the "Clone" type, using automations, but after testing the rule I created, it returns an error as if there were no linked problems, but in fact they exist. Has anyone seen something similar? Thanks for your help!

Hi @Ana Luiza Chagas ,

The first thing I can think about is that maybe the Automation scope is only for the CSM project, so you might need to change the automation into a Global one with the projects you want to interact with in the scope.

If this is not the case, are you sure about the link type in the branch rule? You should check the link type in the transitioned issue (CSM-42). It might be the case that the correct one is "is cloned by".

Also, the second condition "And: Some Linked issue match..." seems redundant to me, since you already filtered in the Branch rule. This shouldn't be a problem but for you to know.
