Conseguimos alterar o e-mail automation@caravanaeditorial.atlassian.net para um e-mail corporativo ?

Not at this point, but there is a suggestion to change this - see: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AUTO-76

But you can change the senders name though in the "Send Email" Action:

1. Open the Action
2. Click the More Options dropdown
3. Change the "From Name"
