Hi! After different teams refer to a specific page, how can they be notified for updates made on it, as a page owner and not as a regular watcher ?
It is not totally clear what you want here exactly.
The Better Content Archiving app has a super-flexible notification system, it can notify based on the last update, it also supports owners, so I am sure it would meet your needs. But I don't understand what "refer" means here.
Can you please clarify?
