Is there a limit on the number of swimlanes?

I have 25 swimlanes already. I'm trying to add a new swimlane but I get

I do not recall if there is a limit on the number of swim lanes (I would guess "no limit"), and...

That error is telling you the "FY Quarter" field does not have a value for "FY24 Q1".  I hypothesize that is a single-select field, and so if you need values into FY24 they would need to be added.
