Dear community,

I want to insert a new component named "Testkomponente" into selected tickets using advanced automation. In the attached image, you can see a strong simplification of the operation performed on one ticket. Unfortunately, the whole thing does not work. Can you see what I did wrong?

Hi @Jack Brickey , thanks for the hint. I removed it, but unfortunately, it's not working yet.

Just to be sure try replacing your current JSON with the below

}

Alternatively , why not simply place testkomponent into the provided Components field and select add/remove via the ellipses?
