User Avatar not displayed in the user panel, why ?

In my project, I added / invited more than 10 users, however on the User Avatar, I only see myself and 2 other people.

Why is that so ? Is it because the invited user had not access the project ?

Most probably that is the case when their user avatar is not present on your board.
