Create confluence page when JIRA issue is created and link the confluence page in JIRA issue

Question

Hello Community,

Here is the scenario which I am trying to achieve:

- Create issue on JIRA

- It should automatically create Confluence page having same title

- The automatically created Confluence page should be linked automatically in created JIRA issue

I am able to create Confluence page automatically when JIRA issue is created. But I am struggling to link Confluence page automatically with JIRA issue.

Appreciate if anyone can help me in this. Thank you in advance for your help.
