I need to migrate my portal-only customers to another Jira cloud.

Dear All,

I have to move to another Jira cloud and I'm looking for a solution for migrate all of my portal only customers and their requests. There will be a brand new customer portal. 

Is there any solution to avoid the new registration?

Every ideas are welcome.
