***HOW TO ENABLE NOTIFICATIONS FOR EACH PHASE OF PROJECT?????***

Dear People,

We team is using JIRA Software from a long back. We are trying to each and every phase of project (i.e. Requirement, Design, Development etc.) within 15 days of time. I mean the phase has to be changed within that time. If not we have to receive a notification for all the users. How to enable this option. Kindly someone guide me to enable this option which will be very helpful for us. If possible please share us some videos too.

Is there any possible option to enable trigger if the phase of a particular story crosses 15 days. So that we can alert our development and testing team to complete the task within TAT.

You can achieve your requirement through Automation.

* Trigger: scheduled every 24 hours, where JQL is status in ("In Progress", "To Do") AND NOT status changed AFTER -15d
* Condition: you can choose issue type
* Action: send email
