On scrum issues, there are 7 epics
but on backlog issues I'm missing 2 epics. Agile board says the missing epics are not on scrum board. But both boards are defined by same filter. missing epics 2 and 7

You are not able to determine the statuses of the missing Epics?
The Epics panel should only show Epics that are not set to the Status mapped to the column farthest to the right on your board.
