Hello @ariobintang

Is it only one page within the Confluence site that is missing, or has the entire site been deactivated?

Exactly how long did you not log in to Confluence?

A site that has only Free instances of the products will be deactivated after a period of inactivity. Warning messages will be sent to the Site Admins for the product subscriptions.

The time frames for this are documented in two places:

https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/track-storage-and-move-data-across-products/#What-happens-to-Free-plan-products-if-they--x27-re-inactive-for-too-long

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/what-is-the-free-jira-cloud-plan/#Inactive-Free-products-will-be-deactivated

https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-discussions/If-your-site-continues-to-remain-inactive-it-will-be-deactivated/td-p/2043944

As per the third article, if you are less than 162 days inactive then the site can still be restored.
