In POSTMAN, we're getting 404 error. How do we check Jira Service Management Cloud version?

Why are you trying to find the version of Jira Service Managment? Atlassian releases updates to the Cloud regularly, so knowing the specific "version" doesn't typically help with much.
If you still want to get it, I believe you can use this endpoint.
