My pdf exports don't have a header, footer or logo

I have defined a header , footer and logo in Confluence settings, but any pdf export doesn't contain them. The web view contains them.

How can I make my pdf exports contain the header, footer and logo ?

I have not put anything in the pdf stylesheet section.
