Hi! I was wondering how I can add the "Was this helpful?" macro on confluence cloud? I'm not sure if it's an existing macro or if it would require a plugin from the marketplace? Thanks!
@Samantha Slagle (C),
As far as I am aware, this is something that Confluence has on articles integrated with the JSM platform. I do not know of another way to "vote" for a page. It does appear that someone has created a plugin that allows users to rate pages.
hi @Samantha Slagle (C), in addition to @Kian Stack Mumo Systems answer - also take a look at Page Feedback for Confluence.
We built this at ServiceRocket to address the same requirements and have made a beta available for testing.
