Cannot invite new users

Hi all,

I have problem in our JIRA software.

1. I invite new user / tried with google and microsoft account
2. user accepts the invite
3. the invite always ends with error 
   1. Synchronization with our database is taking longer than It is supposed to.

I have trouble in both personal and company JIRA products.
