How can i make a common sprint id for all the future sprints ?

I have created a piechart in confluence and set the filter with the issues assigned, it is only displaying for the current active sprint with sprint ID in filter query, so my question is, is it possible to have a common sprint ID so that it dynamically changes the pie chart values as soon as the sprint is closed and new sprint is started, please suggest

When using the Sprint ID in a JQL you can't, as every new sprint has a new ID.

You could use the JQL option sprint in opensprints() in you filter.

P.S this will require to not use sprints in parallel on the project you filter on.

Adding to the answers from Mohamed and Marc, you are currently dashboarding the open, active sprint.

If in the future you needed to show more information, such as completed sprints and the open sprint on the dashboard, it is possible to create a saved filter for your complete sprint(s) and then use automation rules to dynamically change the filter as sprints complete over time. If you have that need in the future, please let the community know and we can describe the approach further.
