Is there a way to schedule the Confluence Daily Digest for a particular time?

Is there a way to schedule the Confluence Daily Digest for a particular time? I looked at email settings and could not see a way to see how to change it from first thing in the morning to last thing in the day. Am I missing something?

Also, I think it would be good to add the Author of new pages to the Daily Digest.
