Cannot upload user avatar, just getting a 403 error message

We recently moved from a server to the cloud and now I cannot upload an avatar for my user. I'm getting a 403 error message in the browser.

Are you having this issue on all browsers? Have you tried a different avatar image? Are others having this issue?
