 If you would like to add a value to the custom field in Jira.

"customfield_10459": Difficulty.  If the customfield_10459 field is a text field you can add the value like this.

"customfield_10459": {"value": Difficulty}. Ifcustomfield_10459 field is a select list field you can add the value like this.
