I recently did a migration of my website from Confluence Server to Cloud and can confirm that my blog posts have been migrated. However, they're not being displayed when I use the News macro.
To be more precise, on my site, I have a news macro on the home page of one Space that shows the listing of blog posts in another space. It works as expected on my Server installation, but on my Cloud installation, I'm getting an error stating that 'No Blog Posts are Found' .
