It usually takes a couple of business days for everything to be verified and the certifications to be officially awarded. If it's beyond a week, I'd contact support at http://go.atlassian.com/certsupport .

hello @Kamal SAIB ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Completing the Certification prep course and obtaining the certification are two different things.

Did you schedule a certification exam through the certification portal? After you schedule and take the exam, you should get notifications on whether you passed and obtain the certification.

@Kamal SAIB I reached out to the team, hoping to get you a response!

Maurilio Gorito

@Kamal SAIB - As Robert mentioned, it takes a couple of business days for the exams results to flow from PSI to the Atlassian Certification Portal, and sometimes it may take longer. Please, give it 1-2 more days and it should be reflected in your records. Thank you!

Maurilio Gorito

Hi @Kamal SAIB - We are having issues with PSI where some candidates are not receiving emails with the exam results. They are working on it and we are expecting a resolution soon.

Your ACP-610 exam result is now showing in your Certification Portal, CertMetrics. Congratulations on achieving the certification.

If you would like us to provide you with your exam results, please open a support ticket with us by visiting http://go.atlassian.com/certsupport and our team will work on it for you.

Congratulations again and I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Wait, is that "not" showing or "now" showing in the second paragraph? That's a big difference!

Maurilio Gorito

Hi @Robert Wen_Cprime_ - I meant to say "it is now showing". Thank you and sorry for the confusion.

Robert Wen_Cprime_

No worries, @Maurilio Gorito ! I'm just having a bit of fun. It'd be easier if I included an emoji.

Congratulations, @Kamal SAIB ! Please make sure this question is marked as answered.
