Quick question : As a Jira administrator can i share dashboards which i have not created and is Shared with logged-in users

Hi Stanislav!

You need to be an 'Editor' of a dashboard in order to share it. Even as a Jira admin, you can't share a dashboard that you're not an 'Editor' of (even if you can view it).

As a workaround you could copy a dashboard that you can view (but not edit) and then share the copy.

To change dashboard permissions, from the 'all dashboards' screen, select the three dot menu for the dashboard in question and then 'Rename or share dashboard'.
