How to hide "Closed Issue / Task" on Timeline/rodmap without filter on header

Do you mean you do not want to use a filter to hide the information in the Timeline?
A Timeline will display the issues in the associated agile board. You can either use a quick filter to hide the information, or you need to change the filter used by the associated agile board.
