in order to move to Approved Status certain individuals needed to flag it as approved in software project

i have created automation rule but it was not working for me

Hi @MURUGESH S

Do you mean only specific users should be able to move issue to approved status ? If so, yes, it is possible, just add any of user condition in your workflow transition & only specific users would be able to see the transition.
