Are the permissions on the project where you try to execute correctly? As Zephyr Scale does have permission options added to a Jira permission scheme
Try to clear your browser cache and cookies.
If it still doesn't work try a different browser like; Chrome or Firefox.
If you have tried all options and are certain there all settings are fine, then I would advice you to reach out the Zephyr support.
I've not seen this issue reported before. You could try getting community led support from other Zephyr Scale users here
