Error rendering 'com.atlassian.jira.jira-view-issue-plugin:details-module'. Please contact your Jira administrators. How to resolve this
Hi @Cherukuri, Jayasree
Welcome to community!
Can you reconfirm that this is for a Jira cloud site?
There is a KB https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/error-occurs-on-detail-module-under-issue-view-page-300811192.html for this error but it addresses to a Jira server environment where Jira admins have access to logs, tomcat, db etc.
