Error Cargue masivo de Incidencias

Se esta presentando el siguiente error a un solo funcionario al momento de hacer el cargue, y no he encontrado a que se puede deber.

Haga que el usuario seleccione "Ver todos los problemas" en el menú Filtros. Busque cualquier cosa: un único problema, todos los problemas de un proyecto. No importa cuál sea la búsqueda siempre que arroje resultados.

Luego, el usuario debe intentar acceder a la opción Cambio masivo desde el mismo lugar donde accedió a la opción Importar problemas. Supongo que el usuario accede a la opción Importar problemas desde el botón... en la esquina superior de la pantalla "Ver todos los problemas".

Es posible que el usuario haya accedido al botón Importar problemas que se encuentra en el cuadro de diálogo Crear problema. Háganos saber si ese es el caso. O si el usuario accede a la función de importación de otra manera, infórmenos cómo lo hace.

Have the user select "View all issues" from the Filters menu. Search for anything - a single issue, all issues in a project. It doesn't matter what the search is for as long as it returns results.

Then the user should try to access the Bulk Change option from the same place they accessed the Import Issues option. I assume the user is accessing the Import Issues option from the ... button in the upper corner of the "View all issues" screen.

It is possible that the user accessed the Import Issues button that is in the Create Issue dialog. Let us know if that is the case. Or if the user is accessing the import function another way please let us know how they are doing that.

Yes, indeed we validated that the user was within the "Make Massive Changes" group but even so it continues to generate that error, the strange thing is that of the 600 that I currently have in the instance, only 1 is generating the error.
