Is there an automation to copy value for 1 user pick field to another?

Trying to create an automation rule to trigger based on a fields changing, and that value gets added to another user field. 

For example I have fields Approver 1 and Approver 2, once those get updated with a name, the automation will copy values from Approver 1 and 2 and updated the field called 'Main approvers'. 

Sounds like it would be a simple copy but cannot seem to find anything.

Welcome to the community and hope this finds you well.

There is the condition that you can use in the middle of the current screenshot. If you put a condition between your trigger and your action this should complete what you want to do.
Example:

When: Value changes for
MLRO Approver

Condition: Issue Field condition
Approval field of choice

Action: Edit issue
Use the copy from function
You can copy from any field or you can use a smart value {{issue.customFieldName.value}}
