Tempo time log "Search Issues" drop down list isn't populated with my departments issues

I cannot log hours under the Issues or Project Account I need because they do not populate into the drop down. My IT department says they do not handle Jira issues, so I am unsure of how to resolve this. Any advice on solutions or who to get in touch with is appreciated.

Welcome to the community.

I assume you are able to log time on other issues, so you are in Tempo and part of a Tempo team.

The Tempo team you are member might not have been associated with the Jira project DESIGN

Are you a Tempo admin in Jira, than you can view your Tempo team and the projects associated and you are able to add the project DESIGN.

If you are not then reach out to your Tempo admin
