when i move subtask/task to in progress, epic is moving to in progress but story of task does not

Question

when i move the sub-task or task to in progress, the epic is moving to in progress but the parent story of the task is still in To Do. What could be the issue. attaching the Automation below.

It does not mention the Story ticket number any where. just tasks and epic.
